I just returned from a buying trip in NY …I literally swept in and out of the city in less than 36 hours and stocked up on new stones, fabric, chain, silver, gold, etc. I’ve got some new designs heading your way for the fall & I’m so excited to get to work! Lots of people ask me what it’s like to go on a buying trip & honestly, it’s an adrenaline rush & exciting but stressful & exhausting. Have you ever been to the city & looked “up?” Millions of little windows in buildings stories and stories high… you wonder, what goes on in there? Well, that’s where I go…”up there”…I can purchase turquoise by the pound, silver wire by the meter, get holes drilled in stones, and find inspiration up the kazoo. I took a few photos with my phone…
